Right of Withdrawal (Refunds)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason and without penalty, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.

The right of withdrawal applies under the following conditions:

  • the product must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged;
  • the product must be returned in its original packaging, together with all accompanying documents and accessories, such as labels, box, warranty and proof of purchase;
  • the cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer;
  • delivery charges will not be refunded if the consumer selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by the company;
  • the consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.

Withdrawal may be declared by sending an email to info@masculinehub.gr.

The product must be returned within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated.

Refunds

  • Refunds are made only upon presentation of the retail purchase receipt.
  • The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal request is received, provided that we have either received and inspected the returned product or received proof that it has been returned.
  • For payments made by bank transfer, the following information is required:
    • full name of the account holder
    • bank account IBAN
  • For payments made by credit/debit card, PayPal or any other electronic payment method, the transaction will be reversed and the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • The company is not liable for any damage or loss occurring during the return shipment. We recommend using a reliable courier or transport provider with tracking.

Exceptions

  • Returns are not accepted for personal-use products, such as underwear, swimwear, masks, cosmetics or perfumes, once their packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons.
  • Returns are not accepted for products made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised products.
  • The refund policy does not apply to orders paid for with a gift card.
  • In such cases, a credit voucher of equal value will be issued for future purchases from our online store. The relevant code will be sent to the email address provided with the order.
  • The voucher is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. After that period, it expires and can no longer be used.
  • If the purchase was made by a business customer and an invoice has been issued, no refund will be made. Only a credit invoice for future use will be issued.

Product Exchanges

Exchanges, for example for a different size or colour, are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product has not been used and is accompanied by the proof of purchase.

  • Shipping and return costs are borne by the consumer.
  • In the case of offers with free or reduced shipping, the return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us by telephone at (+30) 6985640210 on the same day and stating your order number.

If you have received the wrong product or a product that does not match your order, please contact us immediately:

In this case, return shipping and reshipment are free of charge.

Returns via BOX NOW

  • If your order was delivered via BOX NOW and you wish to return it, write the parcel identification number on the parcel (10-digit number) or attach the original voucher you received.
  • Choose the locker that is most convenient for you.
  • Enter the 10-digit parcel ID on the locker screen. You can find this either on the voucher or in the email, Viber message or SMS you received from BOX NOW, then press OK.
  • Place the parcel inside the locker compartment.
  • Close the locker compartment.

The charge for this service is €2, which will be deducted from your refund or from your next order.
