For the payment of the products you order, we offer the following payment methods:

Credit / Debit Card

Credit / Debit Card via Piraeus Bank
You may pay for your order using a debit or credit card. For added security in online card transactions, payments are processed through the secure Winbank Paycenter system of Piraeus Bank.

During the credit or debit card payment process, the customer is automatically transferred to a secure server within the Winbank Paycenter environment of Piraeus Bank. All data transmitted electronically by the customer, including card details, as well as their transfer from the bank to VISA or MasterCard, are protected by 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

Your card details are not stored by us in any way and are used solely during the payment authorization and processing procedure. As a result, all card transactions carried out through our store are fully secure.

masculinehub.gr does not store your card details in any form.

Bank Transfer

After placing your order, you will receive an email with payment instructions. You may transfer the total amount to the following bank account:

IRIS Payments

With IRIS Payments, you can complete your online purchase through an immediate debit from your bank account.

PayPal

If you have a PayPal account, you may choose to pay through the PayPal platform. Upon completing your order, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal to finalize the payment.

Klarna

Pay for your order quickly and easily with Klarna, by choosing payment in 3 interest-free instalments, with no credit card required. Available for purchases of €35 and above. Payment approval is provided instantly by Klarna. You may be asked to verify your identity or provide additional information during checkout. Shipping Methods

Deliveries are carried out using the following methods:

Courier & BOX NOW

  • Courier: Delivery to your address within 1–3 business days for mainland Greece and 2–4 business days for the islands (for prefecture capitals).
  • BOX NOW: 24/7 collection from an automated parcel locker near you. Your parcel remains available for 72 hours, with the option to extend this period.

Freight Carrier / Transport Agency

For bulky or heavy products, shipping is carried out through a freight carrier or transport agency. In this case, cash on delivery is not available, and the customer must complete payment electronically when placing the order.

Shipping charges are borne by the customer and are paid directly to the transport company upon delivery. After you place your order, we will contact you to arrange the carrier and inform you of the shipping cost.

Shipping Costs

  • For orders up to €49.00: minimum shipping charge €3.50, or €2.00 via BOX NOW
  • For orders over €49.00: free shipping within Greece (valid for Courier and BOX NOW)
  • Freight carrier: shipping costs are determined by the carrier and paid by the customer

Additional Information

  • All prices displayed at checkout include VAT
  • A retail receipt or invoice is issued with every order, based on the billing details you provide

  • Products are shipped to the delivery address provided in your order
  • Packages must be accepted before being opened by the customer
